Custom order policy

We will engrave the text on your item EXACTLY how you type it in on your order. For example: if you use upper- and lower-case letters that is how your item will be engraved, and if you use all CAPITAL letters that is how your item will be engraved.  If you want capital letters on one line and lower case on the other just type in your text exactly how you want it and that is how it be engraved on your item. We do not correct punctuation or spelling everything is engraved exactly as entered on your order.

Insulated - Not recommended for dishwashers, hand wash only. Do not use bleach or products containing chlorine to clean.

Glass/Plasticware – Dishwasher safe.

Cutting/Charcuterie Boards – Not recommended for dishwashers, hand wash only. Do not use bleach or products containing chlorine to clean. Treat with mineral oil when dry.

This item cannot be returned/exchanged so please make sure to double-check your spelling. When you receive your order confirmation email, please review it to make sure everything is correct on your order. If you find any errors, please contact us right away with the correction(s)!

For large orders please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. We do our best to engrave your items as quickly as possible. Your order will ship as soon as the engraving has been completed.
